Here is what to expect...

You will receive appointment text and email reminders starting 72 hours before your upcoming appointment. Be sure to log into your Vagaro account to turn on text and email preferences. You can book and make adjustments through here as well!

My Business is independent however, I work out of
Golden State Strands salon in Danville, Ca. The closest parking is in the back lot of the Clock Tower where the salon is located. If you have trouble locating the salon, feel free to call myself or the salon to get directions.

Upon Arrival

The front desk support, myself or my assistant will be there to greet and check you in. Soon after, we will begin with a thorough consultation. This is the best time to explain your desires, show inspiration pictures, ask questions and mention any concerns you have. But please feel free to speak up at any point of the appointment. This is a safe space

The salon does offer water as well as a specialty beverage selection and light snacks. You are always welcome to bring beverages and food if you want to eat during your appointment. You are welcome to Doordash or we can pick up an order at one of the food places next door. Some of our favorites in walking distance are: Starbucks, Jersey Mike's Subs, Falafel Boy, Revel, Sideboard and Hazy BBQ.

Accepted payment methods are: Cash, Zelle, Venmo and CC. I also offer a PayLater option which allows the service total to be broken up into 4-6 automatic payments. If you are interested in this option, reach out for an application link prior to your appointment

Dos and Donts…

Do

Do get excited. This is your time and its all about you being pampered
Do allow enough time to receive a completed hair service without feeling rushed or having corners cut.
Do arrive with no more than 2-day dirty hair if you are receiving color services. Color best works on clean, dry hair.
Do come with your hair the way you style it so we can discuss concerns and I can make styling and product recommendations to assist you.
Do get familiar with myself, my service menu and policies. All can be found on my website Alyssahare.com or you can follow along on social media @alysssahare

Don’t wear clothes you care deeply for. In a salon setting, we run the risk of color and chemicals spilling, splattering or leaking through drapes.

Don't wear hoodies, turtlenecks or large, puffy jackets unless you don't mind changing out of them and into one of our salon robes, provided.
Don't forget to fill out the digital consultation form. This information is helpful to guiding a successful applointment.
