Cancellation Policy

I kindly request a minimum notice of 48 hours for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Your time is valuable, as is mine, and this policy helps ensure a fair and efficient schedule for all clients.

For cancellations made within the 48-hour window, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied. This helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot and allows for better management of my schedule.

In the event of a no-show, where you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged (100% of the service cost). This policy helps to compensate for the time set aside specifically for you, which could have been offered to another client in need of service.

I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I'm always willing to work with you to find a suitable solution. However, consistent adherence to this policy ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please be assured that your card information will be securely stored and will not be charged without your consent, except in the event of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show appointment. You will be prompted to provide this information when booking online.
