PRE-VISIT
Your experience with me begins even before we meet in person! By filling out my consultation form, you provide valuable information about your preferences and help me ensure that we are a good match. Rest assured, I will be notified as soon as you complete the form. I personally review your request and will reach out to you via text or email to extend a warm welcome to my salon and address any further questions I may have after reviewing your information.
To make things more convenient for you, a reminder will be sent 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can expect to receive this reminder via email, text or both.
First and foremost, we will conduct an in-depth consultation to understand your hair goals and desires. Together, we will create a customized plan of action, ensuring we are on the same page before any service is performed. Your satisfaction and comfort are of utmost importance to me.

During appointments you will see I am supported by a trusted associate who is currently being mentored by, yours truly. They have been trained to assist me with various tasks and are being groomed to soon take on full-service clients of their own. You can have confidence in their skills and professionalism.
